Schuylkill County residents following data-center campuses, proposed warehouses and industrial zoning now have one place to check public meeting dates, locations, agendas and project updates.
Mahanoy Township hearing: Wednesday, November 4, at 6 p.m.
The Mahanoy Township Board of Supervisors has advertised a public hearing on proposed data-center zoning regulations for 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at the Mahanoy Township Municipal Building, 1010 West Centre Street, Mahanoy City, PA 17948.

The hearing is about how data centers would be regulated under zoning rules. It is not a notice that a specific new data-center project has been approved.

Another date mentioned, but not yet verified
An October 15 Mahanoy Township agenda referred to a possible November 10 zoning enactment hearing. We have not independently verified a final notice containing its time and location. The tracker labels it tentative rather than presenting it as a confirmed public event.
