Skook PA NewZ Terms of Use

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These Terms apply to Skook PA NewZ and its classifieds features. By using the site, creating an account, posting a classified, or contacting a seller, you agree to these Terms.

Classifieds are a community marketplace

Skook PA NewZ provides a place for local users to post and discover classified listings. Skook PA NewZ is not the buyer, seller, broker, escrow service, payment processor, or guarantor in transactions between users unless a listing specifically states otherwise.

User accounts and listings

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account information, listings, photos, prices, contact information, and representations about items or property. Do not impersonate another person or post content you do not have the right to use.

Prohibited listings and conduct

Do not use the classifieds for illegal goods or services, stolen property, counterfeit goods, scams, fraud, controlled substances, explosives, firearms or ammunition, sexual services, malware, harassment, deceptive listings, or any transaction prohibited by applicable law. Skook PA NewZ may remove listings, restrict accounts, or block activity that appears unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive.

Seller contact and messaging

Buyer inquiries may be relayed through Skook PA NewZ so a seller’s email address can remain private. Users should not use the messaging system for spam, harassment, phishing, or unrelated promotions.

Facebook and newsletter choices

Following Skook PA NewZ on Facebook and subscribing to the Skook PA NewZ newsletter are optional. Neither is required to browse, post, or contact a seller. Newsletter subscriptions require an affirmative action by the subscriber and include an unsubscribe option.

Safety

Use common sense when meeting another user. Meet in a public place when practical, verify items and identities before exchanging money, and do not send deposits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or sensitive financial information to someone you do not trust.

Content and moderation

Skook PA NewZ may review, reject, edit, unpublish, or remove classifieds and may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the site, or comply with law or platform rules.

Privacy

Use of personal information is also governed by the Skook PA NewZ Privacy Policy.

No guarantee

Listings and user-submitted information are provided by users. Skook PA NewZ does not guarantee the identity of users, condition or legality of items, accuracy of listings, payment, delivery, or completion of any transaction.
